At this time we can only ship to the following states: CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, LA, MI, MN, NH, NM, NY, OH, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV,and WY.  If your state does not appear on our list we are unable to ship to you at this time due to alcohol restrictions in those states.

Some states have limitations as to how much wine can be shipped to one household.  We will contact you if this applies to you. 

Please provide us with a daytime shipping address where someone will be able to receive and sign for your wine.  All shipments must be signed by an adult, 21 years or older.  There will be additional costs charged to you for packages that are returned.

 All orders are shipped via UPS and will be delivered Monday-Friday.

Joel Gott Wines will charge you for the purchase of your wine, shipping cost, and any applicable taxes.  You will receive an email conformation with tracking information once your order has been processed.  We reserve the right to hold any shipments due to hot weather.  We will contact you via email or phone to notify you of a hold on your shipment.  All shipments are insured against loss or breakage for the first $100 in value.
