The 2008 Joel Gott 815 California Cabernet Sauvignon is ripe with blueberry, cherry soda, and dark cherry. The aromas burst with violet, vanilla, cedar, chocolate and cinnamon spice. Soft ripe tannins result in a balanced and long velvety finish.

The fruit for the 2008 Joel Gott 815 Caberenet Sauvignon was sourced from many of the best wine growing regions in California. The 2008 vintage had a long, cool growing season and the fruit saw a long hangtime, producing superb flavor development.
WHY:
Our 815 Cabernet is named for the August 15th birth of our daughter Lucy during the 2003 harvest.
